What a great weekend. Camping, three hikes, Ava danced at Everybodies, and good family time.

You know your daughter (Ava) is an Oregonian when she says with a smile on her face, "the van smells like wood." She's excited to go camping and have campfires.

Eric left this cool ring on the kitchen counter for me to find when I came downstairs after being served breakfast in bed. What I found instead was the pink toy in the box. The real gift had been swiped by a precocious three year old!
